Effective March 1, 2015, Bill Doherty has assumed the position as Executive Vice President of Transervice
LAKE SUCCESS, NY, MARCH 2, 2015: Effective March 1, 2015, Bill Doherty has assumed the position as Executive Vice President of Transervice Logistics Inc., Transervice Lease Corp. and Transervice Lease Co. Mr. Doherty comes from Greatwide Distribution Logistics in Dallas, TX in his role as CEO and has a substantial background in the Logistics and Transportation field.
Mr. Doherty will manage the company together with Dennis M. Schneider, President, and Joseph N. Evangelist, Executive Vice President of the Transervice Companies. Mr. Doherty will be operating from Transervice’s Headquarters in Lake Success, New York by early summer.
Mr. Schneider stated that “Bill’s business acumen and extensive operating and industry experience will bring significant benefits to the Transervice organization and its valued customers.”
Transervice has been providing transportation solutions since 1969, and presently operates from 120 locations in North America with responsibility for 24,000 road vehicles of every configuration, as well as material handling equipment.
